Gabriela moved to Vancouver in 2012 and joined Pentland's Prosthetics and Orthotics team in May 2021.

Gabriela is originally from Czech Republic where she completed her bachelor's degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology and master's degree in Media Studies. She has over 10 years of experience in supporting businesses in administrative positions as well as in strategic marketing, branding and executive roles.

She enjoys working with various non-profit organizations and helping others is a significant part of her life. Coming from a family of doctors and having previous firsthand experience in caring for an amputee she finds working for prosthetic and orthotic services very fulfilling.

Outside of work she likes outdoor activities, exploring new places, cultures and cuisines.
