Rey started at Pentlands in 1998 and registered as a Prosthetic Technician in 2003. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Arts at Langara College in 1985 and gained tremendous knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology, Sports Medicine and Kinesiology.
Rey also carries 4th class Power Engineering Certification from 1987 and the Orthotics Fitter certificate from 2018.
