After spending six years in the healthcare field in the interior region of British Columbia, Tim joined Pentland's Prosthetics and Orthotics team as a General Manager/President in 2022.

He completed his bachelor's degree in Management from the University of British Columbia. At the end of 2022, Tim also earned his Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.

Tim's family has had a strong background in the health industry in China for over 30 years. After he moved to Canada and worked in Kelowna, Tim qualified many outstanding talents for the health industry in the interior region of British Columbia. Tim is always dedicated to providing quality work; as General Manager/President at Pentland's, Tim has prepared to make our client care experiences a positive journey. His energy is limitless, and he can always motivate his employees.

Tim loves to play soccer; and enjoys family time when not working.
