At our Prince George office, our team recently had the privilege of creating a custom right transradial prosthesis for a very special little client, just 20 months old.
Pediatric prosthetic care is always highly individualized. Every child’s needs, growth, comfort, function, and family goals must be carefully considered throughout the design and fitting process. For this young client, the prosthesis was custom-made to support early exploration, play, and daily development while allowing room for comfort and adjustment as they continue to grow.
Our Prince George prosthetics team takes great pride in providing thoughtful, personalized care for clients of all ages, including some of our youngest patients. Cases like this are a meaningful reminder of why custom prosthetic care matters, not only to support function, but also to help children engage with the world around them with confidence.
