Pentland's Prosthetics & Orthotics Clinic has been serving the Province of British Columbia for 72 years, providing clients with timely and efficient prosthetic and orthotic care. At Pentland's, we offer prosthetic and orthotic treatments to clients of all ages.

In prosthetics, upper extremity amputations represent only about 5–10% of all limb loss cases, which means fewer clinics gain extensive experience in this area. At Pentland’s, we are proud to have developed strong expertise in both upper and lower extremity prosthetics, ensuring personalized solutions that restore mobility, comfort, and independence. In orthotics, our care extends to both adult and pediatric clients, with a strong focus on custom-made devices designed for each individual’s unique needs.

We provide thorough clinical assessments and schedule multiple fitting appointments to ensure each device is fine-tuned for comfort and function. Our team works closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to design and deliver custom prosthetic and orthotic solutions. Just as importantly, we offer ongoing support and follow-up care so every client can feel confident, safe, and supported throughout their journey.

As a Vancouver 2010 Medical Services team member, we are proud to provide prosthetic repair & replacement services to athletes during the 2010 Winter Paralympics in Vancouver.
